RENTAL TERMS
Driver’s license and age
For all vehicles 22 years of age and over with at least 2 years valid driver’s license, for all other vehicles 24 years of age and over and at least 3-year driver’s license persons can benefit from the service of Koştur Rent Acar car car rental.
Rental Period
At least 1 day (24 hours)+1 hour. For shorter term rentals, the daily price is applied. In case of delay, 1/3 of the fee applied for each additional hour, and if the delay exceeds 3 hours, a full day fee is charged.Except for very important natural disasters or similar situations
Rental types and price
In the event that the person who will rent the vehicle reports the destination, an unlimited Km per day fee is paid. Meant km. there is also no charge for it. Long term rental: special price is applied for one month and longer term rentals. In both types of rental, oil replacement, maintenance, and insurance guarantee against third parties (within legal policy limits) are included in the rental fee according to the type of agreement. Fuel expenses are paid by the lessor.
Paying
Payments are made with a credit card valid in their name at the start of the rental.(half of the remaining credit cards can be charged in advance.
Deposit (Credit Card Usage))
Our customers who are renting are asked to have a credit card arranged in their name during the rental. A pre-provision of at least £ 750,800 for Economic Group vehicles and £ 1000,1500 for middle and upper Group vehicles may be blocked from this credit card, although it may vary according to the group of vehicles they rent.
Exempt Accident Insurance (CDW)
In the event of damage to the vehicles, the lessor is obliged to pay the material damages in amounts varying according to the vehicle group. Theft Insurance
In order for the vehicle theft insurance applied in each vehicle rental to be valid, the police report on the theft incident must be taken, the vehicle’s key and license must be delivered to the Office of the rent a Car within 24 hours. Otherwise, the tenant’s liability for all material losses related to the theft/disappearance continues.
Additional Driver
In order for a person other than the lessor to use the vehicle, valid identification and driver’s license information must be entered into the contract at the start of the lease, the additional driver’s signature must be included in the contract and daily additional driver’s fees must be paid. If this rule is not complied with, the insurance will be deemed invalid and the tenant and the persons who use it will be liable for all damages.
Personal Life Insurance
Personal life insurance can be done with additional insurance premiums.
Fuel
If the vehicles are returned to us with the missing fuel in addition to the calculated fuel price 35 TL+KDV “service fee” will also be requested from the lessor. Delivery of the vehicle with the level of fuel received will be much more economical in terms of the lessor.
HGS
The use fee for the HGs service used for Toll Road and bridge crossings and in addition …..TL/rental service fee are charged separately from the rental fee.
Delivery and pick-up / one-way Rental –one-way
Km over the distance to the nearest Kosturrent office for delivery and retrieval in cities where the kosturrentacar office is not available. a fee of £ 1.40 per head is charged.
Traffic Fines
Traffic tickets belong to the tenant. If the vehicle is blocked from traffic, this period is added to the rental period.
Rent A Car Ltd. Şti E financial order is authorized to collect the traffic fines by way of Koştur Rent A Car Ltd.
Departure Abroad
Vehicles are not allowed to be taken outside Turkey’s borders.
Cancellation Return Terms
Tell us your cancellation request 24 hours prior to time of pickup of your vehicle until you pay the total amount for rentals of 2 days by cutting off the rental amount will be refunded to your credit card,or money order,EFT your payment with 2 days of fee will be refunded after deducting any costs that may occur.
If you opt out of buying the vehicle and/or notify us of your cancellation request less than 24 hours before your purchase time, the same transaction will be applied after which the remaining amount will be refunded to your credit card or account number.
ATTENTION!
In the event that the vehicle is used under the influence of alcohol, drugs, outside the legal speed limits and is used incorrectly, that the person whose name is written on the lease contract is given to someone else, that the accident and alcohol reports are not received and that the vehicle and its reports are not delivered to the nearest Kosturrent office within 24 hours, the
